Starkdale Farms is a 633-acre development in upstate New York conceived as a “community for sustainable people.” The project combines hospitality, wellness, residential living, and cultural and sports activities, drawing inspiration from the principles of the Blue Zones to foster longevity, health, and a deeper connection with nature.

The project positions itself as the first Blue Zone–inspired community designed ad hoc, with a marketing strategy built on media presence, partnerships with celebrities and strategic brands, and a strong technological component featuring virtual reality and digital platforms to support residents.
