Urban development for residential, hotel and commercial use, upstate NY, USA
The plot object of the project corresponds to the hotel that previously existed in Formentor, Balearic Islands. Plot of 142,058 m2, with a total constructed area of 24,678m2. The Project contemplates the construction of a 5* Grand Luxury hotel complex, with capacity for 112 accommodation units (249 hotel beds).
Located in the northwest of Ibiza, Six Senses Ibiza opened in 2021 to become one of the most luxurious 5* GL resorts in Europe and the first BREEAM certified resort in the Balearic Islands. Located on a plot of more than 35,000 m2 and with almost 45,000 m2 built, the hotel includes 116 rooms and suites, 19 townhouses and 2 mansions, with a total of 209 rooms, and land for 8 plots planned for villas.
The project develops a building for Hotel use, 5-star category, with a total constructed area of 18,854 m2. Accommodation units: 75 rooms with terrace and/or garden. Public areas: reception and lounge, breakfast restaurant, bar, rooftop terrace, gym, spa and indoor pool, outdoor pools and pool bar.
Recovery of 630,000m2 of railway land for urbanization, including a 230,000m2 Urban Park designed by the landscaper Kathryn Gustafson, proposal winner of an international competition.
Comprehensive rehabilitation of a 19th century building, with the addition of three garage floors and commercial use.
Mixed-use building: offices, lofts, commercial premises and parking basement for Nau Urbana S.L
